Registration Information: Registration is easy. Please call us, fax or submit your pre-registration details. We will however need to finalise your registration with either a formal purchase order or a signed official Registration Form. Our Customer Service team will contact you to confirm all your details and answer any questions you may have. Your attendance at our training programme is subject to our 100% money back guarantee.
Training Fee: This includes morning and afternoon refreshments, lunch, detailed course documentation and a certificate of completion. To confirm your booking, please send your cheque to: IIT Training, PO Box R817, Royal Exchange, NSW 1225 (ACN 001 555 700) (ABN 89 001 555 700). Payment may also be completed by Direct Debit (BSB 082 067 A/C 52504 4460), Bankcard, VISA, American Express or Mastercard. Prices listed are inclusive of 10%GST.
Discount: A 10% discount applies when three or more people register from your organisation for the same course.
Cancellations: Cancellations must be in writing. Cancellations up to ten days prior to course commencement will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellations after that date are subject to a 50% refund only. Transfer may be made to a subsequent course but will be subject to an administration fee of $50.00. Participants will not be considered registered until the fee is received. Should IIT Training cancel a course, a full refund of fees received will be issued.
Privacy: IIT Training respectfully reserves the right to alter the programme or instructor without notice. Where practical, a training programme will always proceed except where delegate numbers are insufficient.
